Powder Coating

BLUETEE’s UV cured powder coating technology combines a short thermal melt stage with rapid ultraviolet crosslinking to achieve full cure in seconds. This reduces line energy consumption and enables coating of heat-sensitive assemblies while maintaining excellent adhesion, hardness, and chemical and abrasion resistance. The process yields uniform film build and consistent color across parts with complex geometries. Available in matte to high gloss, metallic, and textured finishes, BLUETEE UV-cured powders support faster throughput, lower carbon footprint, and VOC-free operation—ideal for architectural components, MDF/wood composites, plastics that tolerate the melt stage, and metal parts requiring high efficiency and sustainability.
