Powder Coating

BLUETEE’s aluminum coating powder range is engineered for aluminum substrates such as window/door profiles, curtain wall panels, railings, furniture frames, and general extrusions. With proper pretreatment—degrease, deoxidize/desmut, and apply a chromate-free zirconium or titanium conversion layer—our powders achieve excellent adhesion and corrosion protection. After curing, films provide uniform build, abrasion and chemical resistance, and long-term color/gloss retention in outdoor exposure. Available from matte to high gloss, plus metallic, texture, and super-durable polyester options. We also support custom color matching (RAL/Pantone style) and low-temperature/fast-cure schedules to improve energy efficiency and throughput on aluminum coating lines.
