Powder Coating

BLUETEE’s marine grade powder coating is engineered for harsh coastal and offshore exposure. Formulations pair exterior-grade polyester resins with high-stability pigments and anti-corrosion systems to achieve excellent salt-spray performance, UV color/gloss retention, and abrasion resistance on properly pretreated aluminum and steel. Recommended pretreatments include alkaline degrease, deoxidize/desmut, and a chromate-free zirconium/titanium conversion layer (or zinc phosphate for steel) to ensure strong adhesion and long-term protection. Available from low-gloss matte to high gloss, including metallics and textures, our coatings support consistent film build and color across large projects—ideal for railings, façades, marine hardware, site furniture, lighting, and equipment near the shoreline. Custom color matching and curing profiles help meet project specifications while keeping application VOC-free.
