Exterior-grade polyesters and hybrids provide strong adhesion and chip resistance on wheels, frames, subframes, racks, calipers, bumpers, roof rails, and accessories. Controlled metallic flake and pigment dispersion ensure consistent color and sparkle on complex geometries, while optimized curing yields hardness, gloss retention, and chemical resistance (road salts, oils, cleaners). Options span matte to high gloss, textures, and heat-resistant grades; primers and zinc-rich systems are available for harsh environments. We support custom color matching, low-temp/fast-cure cycles, and QC specs (DFT, crosshatch adhesion, impact, salt-spray) to keep finishes durable and production-ready.
