Powder Coating

1. Prep: Degrease, rinse, deoxidize/desmut (for aluminum) or phosphate (for steel), then fully dry.

2. Grounding: Ensure strong earth ground (<1 MΩ), clean hang points, and good contact to the part.

3. Spray: Set appropriate kV/μA; keep 150–250 mm distance; apply even, crossing passes and watch Faraday areas.

4. Cure: Follow metal temperature/time (typ. 160–210 °C for 10–20 min depending on the powder).

5. QC: Check film thickness, gloss, adhesion, impact, and visual appearance.
