BLUETEE’s powder coating for metal systems are engineered for reliable adhesion and durability across aluminum, cold/hot-rolled steel, and zinc-coated substrates. With proper pretreatment—alkaline clean, rinse, deoxidize/desmut for Al or iron/zinc phosphate for steel—our powders cure to a uniform film with excellent chip, abrasion, and chemical resistance. Exterior-grade polyesters and hybrids provide UV and color retention for outdoor use, while specialty textures and metallics expand design options. We support low-temperature and fast-cure profiles, overspray reclamation, and batch-to-batch color consistency to keep lines efficient and VOC-free. Ideal for architectural façades, machinery, racking, furniture, and automotive components.
