BLUETEE’s finishes for powder coating metal outdoor furniture are engineered for harsh outdoor exposure. Exterior-grade polyester systems with high-stability pigments provide long-term UV color/gloss retention, while recommended pretreatment (alkaline clean, rinse, deoxidize/desmut for aluminum; zinc/iron phosphate for steel) ensures strong adhesion and corrosion protection. Choose from matte to high gloss, metallic and wrinkle/texture effects to match residential, hospitality, and municipal designs. Coatings cure to a hard, uniform film that resists chips, abrasion, sunscreen/food stains, and household chemicals. We support custom color matching, low-temperature/fast-cure options, and QC specs (DFT, gloss, adhesion, impact, salt-spray) to keep outdoor seating, tables, loungers, benches, and shade structures looking great season after season.
